廖若帆老師擁有護理、心智哲學和以人為中心醫學教育的跨域背景教學及研究背景,畢業於英國諾丁漢大學教育學院,主修「以人為中心醫學教育」(Person-Centered Medical Education)。於2020年返台於臺北醫學大學附設醫院服務及於大學任教。聚焦在Person-Centered Medical Education及Human Flourishing之教育及臨床應用與發展;其他相關研究範疇亦擴及教學設計及評量、科技輔助學習、治療關係理論與技巧、系統韌性教育、靈性關懷等主題;也指導碩士進行青少年癌症患者福祉之探究。率領團隊榮獲「2021-2023年度SNQ國家品質獎標章」、「2022台灣永續行動獎-銀獎」的肯定,以學術及臨床實踐成效為實現社會責任的途徑,學之於社會,貢獻於社會。從2023年起,廖老師擔任AMEE歐州醫學教育年會論文審查委員。
