專長領域為以人為中心醫學教育、Human Flourishing in Medicine 及科技輔助學習(TEL)。研究重點聚焦於創新Healthcare Science、全人照護教育與方法提升臨床教育品質與評量。教學致力於透過課程設計工具分享、協作開發課程與模擬教學資源、實證研究協作之混合方法研究及學術社群經營，近期更是專注以Person-centred approach結合ARCS-V在Conversational AI之教案與教材設計，促進醫學教育領域的教師與學生之醫學人文與專業素養發展。
